about me,, humm,, old gray haired, half wore out, totally broke, blue jean wearing, bluegrass picking, father of 3 girls, married since I was in Junior High, armchair adventurer, introverted, homesteadin', codger from the soverign nation of Texas. But I do have an open mind..
My husbands family has passed down a trail recipe for Sugar Syrup with Coffee Gravy Biscuits and Fried Ham. Strangest damn thing, but I feel like I live in this picture whenever I eat it...can see them mixin the sugar and coffee over the fire. I love it (the feeling more than the dish).
I wish the picture was bigger! and yes, there is more color than I planned on!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo.......:-) Hugs
ReplyDeleteThings crack in two during reproduction, too. Maybe something new is in the works.
ReplyDeleteI love your cello prose poem. Beautiful!
